Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Founder
Michael developed the original idea for NetBase while studying innovation and entrepreneurship at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Having seen the challenges of launching new products in prior experience, Michael’s goal was to equip innovators with tools to do their research more quickly and cost-effectively. This effort spawned Accelovation, a research platform for innovators. Looking to grow, the company then forked Accelovation into a solution for R&D, which became illumin8, and a solution for marketing, which became Insight Composer. Michael continues driving NetBase’s innovation by straddling customer-facing and technology-development roles. One notable achievement was conceiving of the What Women Want infographic. Michael would like to thank co-founder Jonathan Spier and thousands of supporters who’ve helped NetBase strive to create value for its customers.
