Executive TeamJonathan Spier Prior to NetBase, Jonathan worked for Ariba where he
managed teams responsible for the core technology underlying Ariba’s
business-to-business e-commerce platform. He also managed several key
partner relationships. Jonathan holds an MBA with Distinction from the
Harvard Business School and a BA in computer science with honors from
UC Berkeley. Michael Osofsky Prior to NetBase, Michael worked for Ariba, where he led
multiple product development efforts. Michael holds an MBA from the MIT
Sloan School of Management, where he founded the MIT Innovation
Club, whose 200+ members learn about the science and practice of
innovation. Additionally, Michael holds a BA in computer science from
UC Berkeley. Barrett Foster In the past, he served as director of sales for The Investext
Group, a part of Thomson Financial Services. Barrett holds an MBA from
Georgetown University and a BA in economics from University of
Colorado. He also completed a graduate level marketing program at
Oxford University in Oxford, England. Stephen Winters Previously, Stephen was vice president of Engineering at Ariba
where he was instrumental in instituting effective development
processes. Prior to Ariba, Stephen was president and COO at
DigitalSquare. He also worked for Cadence Design Systems where he led
development and delivery of the largest consulting engagement in
Cadence's history. Stephen also spent 10 years at Apple Computer, where
he served as the director of licensing operations, and in imaging
technologies as the creator and manager of the Imaging Host Software
team. Prior to Apple, Stephen founded and led Winters Electric, Inc.,
an electrical design and construction firm that was listed in the Inc
500. Stephen is a graduate of The Business Professional's Course, an
executive MBA-level program, and he is an on-going student in the LEIP
Program by The Aji Network. He has completed extensive studies in
business and computer science, initially at The University of Alaska. Jens Tellefsen Jens has held executive positions at several enterprise software companies, including Vendavo (price management), Callidus Software (sales compensation management) (NASDAQ: CALD), Phiware (demand planning), Pervado Systems / Allmystuff (product ownership and warranty services), and Trilogy Software (sales compensation management). Prior to Trilogy, Jens worked at McKinsey & Company advising major corporations. Jens holds a bachelor degree from Princeton University with a focus in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. |
