The Mood Meter is a dial updated every 10 seconds that captures and measures the feelings expressed by Twitter users about our presidential and vice presidential candidates. Watch the arrow move between positive (100) and negative (-100) for a real-time look into the opinions of social voters.
Measuring Mood (How does it work?)
With access to Twitter, NetBase analyzes each tweet about the candidates with its technology that reads language and understands how humans speak – profanity, slang, and more! The dials represent a moment in time – a cumulative group of tweet sentiment over the past 10 minutes – and changes throughout the day. To learn more about the NetBase technology, click here.
